Graphic Design

In the graphic design program "information literacy" is stressed as an essential component of the knowledge needed by today's graduates. In addition to providing specific training about the "how" of design, the curriculum addresses the "why" of design. The Bachelor degree provides a solid core of both design studios and business courses. The development of visual skills coincides with a growing awareness of the requirements of designing for real life.
Graduates emerge with solid skills in problem solving, writing, presentation and personal interaction. They have a balanced base of design theory, pride in craftsmanship and technical competence that prepares them to be valuable contributors to the design and
business communities of the future.
